21 Sep 2020

Do translators use translation apps? You tell us!

AUSIT is partnering with Macquarie University to research how translators (practitioners and students) use translation apps.

Add your voice here.

Sarah Forget and Helen Slatyer from the Department of Linguistics, Macquarie University are conducting a research project funded by AUSIT to study how people use translation apps.

We know that language learners use them, but what about professional translators and translation students? Do translators use translation apps and if so, how? Do they use them in the same way as language learners (who use them a lot)

If you decide to participate, you will be asked to answer questions in an online survey that will take approximately 17 minutes to complete.

Please note that deadline for the survey is 25 September 2020.
