Local events hosted by NZSTI branches around the country and open to everyone
NZSTI has three local branches: Auckland, Wellington and Canterbury (Christchurch). These branches play a key role in serving our members in those areas by organising local in-person events throughout the year (presentations, social events, and more). These provide an opportunity for NZSTI members to come together, discuss industry-related issues and questions, and connect with colleagues.
While most branch events are for members only, the branches also organise events open to non-members, which offer a great opportunity for T&I professionals and students to discover NZSTI and meet others working in the industry.

Come join us for our branch AGM followed by an update on NZSTI's PD programme and branch meetings.
Well, as it turns out, due to COVID-related restrictions we have had to move our 2020 AGM online. It will now take place at 7 pm on 3 September 2020 (see below for details on how to join).
The AGM will be followed by a brief presentation by Ceci Titulaer, vice president of NZSTI and chair of the PD committee, and Isabelle Poff-Pencole, president of NZSTI. Cecilia and Isabelle will introduce NZSTI's professional development (PD) programme and discuss subsidies available for NZSTI members to attend PD events and conferences. Afterwards, we would like to hear from you about what kind of events you would like to see us organise this coming year.
We will hold our previously advertised real-life NZSTI café as soon as restrictions allow. We look forward to you joining us will be in touch with details when we know more.
