FREE MEMBER ONLY EVENT FOR NZSTI, AUSIT & SLIANZ MEMBERS
Tuesday, 30 May 2023
7.30 - 9.00 pm
Online via Zoom
July 2024 is fast approaching and, with it, the requirement for interpreters in NZ to hold NAATI certification in order to work for government agencies. Some of our member interpreters have already sat their NAATI CPI test and many more are scheduled to sit it in the coming weeks and months.
We have put together a panel of NZSTI interpreters willing to share their NAATI CPI test experience, how they approached the preparation, what they were happy about and what they wish they had done differently.
Sara Bollati (Spanish<>English), Xuan Luo (Chinese<>English), Agustina Marianacci (Spanish<>English) and Zainab Omar (Urdu/Punjabi<> English) will help us navigate what can be a nerve-wracking experience and answer your questions about the experience.
Please note, if you have specific questions about the certification test procedure or your eligibility, refer to the NAATI website or contact NAATI directly.
This event will not be recorded. Participants must register by Monday 29th May to receive the Zoom link on the morning of the event. If you have not received the link by midday, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@nzsti.org
This event is possible thanks to the generous time contribution of Sara Bollati, Italian and Spanish to English interpreter and translator, Xuan Luo, Chinese to English interpreter and translator, Agustina Marianacci, Spanish to English interpreter and translator, and Zainab Omar Urdu/Punjabi to English interpreter
