In this webinar Patrick King will review the development of the NZSTI Code of Ethics and the individual ethical issues covered by the Code. Each of the key items in the Code will be examined in some detail using specific examples of ethical issues arising in the translation of documents, texts and works of literature. We will also look at the way ethical considerations differ between interpreting and translation. We encourage participants to ask questions and raise discussion points before and during the webinar.

For this paid professional development event participants will need to register through our website by 11.59pm on Wednesday, 24 August. The event will be recorded and available in the Learning Module of each registered participant once ready.
